BGL BNP Paribas has supported this international women's tennis tournament, organised by the IWTP, since it was first held in 1991. In 2005, BGL BNP Paribas became the name sponsor of the tournament, which took the name BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg Open in 2010. This tournament is among the largest sporting events to be held in Luxembourg. Year after year, its elite line-up draws more and more spectators.
